Train diversion for traffic block

Two trains -- Hyderabad - Mumbai Express and ChennaiMumbai Express -will be diverted via Karjat-Panvel-Diva route on Saturday because of a traffic and power block between Vangani and Bhivpuri Road stations.

The Hyderabad-Mumbai Express (17032) will arrive at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 1.20pm instead of 1.05pm. It will also have a halt at Thane.The Chennai-Mumbai Express (11042) will arrive at CSTM at 2pm instead of 1.55pm. Additio nal halt will be provided for Kalyan-bound passengers in both trains at Diva station.

Kamakhya special

The railways have decided to extend the run of the Pune-Kamakhya fully reserved weekly Suvidha special train. The train numbers have also been changed from 0251102512 to 82505 82506.

The superfast special train (82505) will leave Pune at 10.30am every Thursday till September 29. From Kamakhya, the weekly train (82506) will leave at 11pm every Monday till September 26.
